Here’s L’Officiel Singapore glamourizing THE runway boo-boo of late – models falling over themselves – in “Balancing Act” of their March 2009 issue.

I guess.. contorted bodies = interesting visuals? I wish there were frontal ones though!
Any more boo-boos to make their rounds around mags?

So… as long as you’re tall and leggy, you can get away with wearing rotations of oversized tee, tapered pants, some expensive and/or easily recognizable shoe and/or bag.
Better if people know your name, they wouldn’t even care what you’re wearing! Instant cool.

Is it the tapered pants… leather something? oversized top… black jacket..

These pictures appeared within one photo of each other, all in the same page on AltaMiraNYC’s contribution to Teen Vogue. (O! or maybe it’s Teen Vogue)
Not saying that AltaMiraNYC doesn’t have a good eye for fashion. I follow the blog religiously.
All I wanted to say was: Look there are clones around fashion week too!

I love how the dress mirrors the runway in that there are petals all over. Or at least I think that’s what they are!

Givenchy Spring 2009 Couture
Couture in close-ups. I wouldn’t have it any other way this season – somewhat short of spectacularly staggering. You think?

I meant to post this quite some time ago…. but yea.

Coco Rocha and Brad Kroenig for G2000!
I first saw the ad campaigns on a bus, which sped by me at probably 60km/h in the early morning when I was still woozy-zleepy. That girl sure looked like Coco Rocha.
The second time, I saw it splashed across a bus too, but this time at the bus stop too. Okay, so it can’t be a Hong Kong model I don’t know who has undergone lots of plastic surgery (or photoshop?) to resemble Coc Rocha.
Then it hit,
WTF IT IS COCO ROCHA!
Right after that I’ve been seeing it in magazines and advertisement boards and allll over the place.
It is just so incongruous with the Chanel Pre-Fall 2008 Campaign.

I don’t know about you, but whenever I see Raquel Zimmermann’s name I feel like I have to say her surname with such verve and velocity, like ZIMMERMANN!!! (If you know what I mean, haha)
But couple her (decked out in the most gorgeous of dresses) with decathlete Bryan Clay and you really have fashion hurtled to the heights of the heavens and depths of the sea! Very wonderfully shot by Mario Testino.

It’s great to see so much movement and energy captured in a still, and that you can see it in so many places in a single frame – the hair, the tensed up muscles, the way the fabric trails behind…
(Psst, grab her glorious and speedy suede gladiator sandals from Calvin Klein!)
I love the Lanvin dress in the last picture. I already looked stunning on the runway (though I wasn’t keen on the dramatic, deep-coloured make up – think it takes away too much from the clothes!) but pictured like this, it’s literally breath-taking.

I don’t like exercising much. Not unless I can look as picturesque as this everytime (hur hur!).
